Watch: Jon Bon Jovi Surprises Fan at Soul Kitchen in Toms River

Jon Bon Jovi made a dream come true for a lifelong fan on Saturday in Toms River, and the video is sure to make you smile, and probably reach for a tissue!

The Jersey rocker showed up at his new Soul Kitchen restaurant to surprise Carol Cesario, who is battling stage 4 lung cancer. She thought she was just going to have dinner there with her family...then she heard a man's voice say, "Hi!"

After the immediate shock of the surprise wore off, Jon gave her a kiss on the cheek, and spent some time chatting with Carol and her family.

He also gave her an autographed guitar and book, and let her listen to his new album.

It's always great to see celebrities give back, and knowing that it all happened right here at the Jersey Shore is especially cool. It's an awesome story, and we're wishing Carol and her family all the best!
