It's been a ridiculously difficult year for retailers. Even though it seems we hear about stores closing just about every day, I believe they will come back.

Hear me out. I know that online shopping is making it challenging for brick-and-mortar operations, but I think that once COVID is a thing of the past we are going to want to get out of the house and explore.
