If you're like me, you probably consider every day to be Coffee Day, but there is in fact a National Coffee Day, and it's coming up this Thursday, September 29th!

Some of your favorite places are offering great deals on a cup of the good stuff, here's where you can fill up!

  • Dunkin Donuts - The chain is celebrating their 66 years in business with 66 cent medium hot coffees (any flavor) at participating stores. (And now through Thursday, they are selecting 66 Twitter followers at random to receive Dunkin gift cards good for a year's worth of free coffee!)
  • Wawa - Customers can get a free hot coffee, any size, all day, at all Wawa stores.
  • Eagle Specialty Coffee (Rt. 35, Eatontown) - Get a small brewed coffee for $1 from 7-10 a.m., and 40% off frappe drinks from 2-4 p.m.
  • Coffee Corral (Drs. James Parker Blvd, Red Bank) - From September 29th - October 2nd, get a free medium-sized coffee with the purchase of a one pound bag of Alecia’s Passionate Blend. (Through the month of October, Coffee Corral will also donate 10% of all proceeds of that blend to the Pink & Bloom Foundation, which helps cancer patients pay for bills and medical treatments, provides care packages during chemo, and offers support through outreach meetings.)

Starbucks isn't giving customers any deals, but they are doing something pretty cool to celebrate National Coffee Day. They'll be donating one coffee tree to coffee farmers in need for every bag of coffee sold in stores.

Unfortunately most of the other chain deals I've seen are for places in other parts of the country.

I've reached out to several other local coffee shops but haven't heard back yet about any specials for customers on Thursday. If you know of other deals, send them my way at laurie.cataldo@townsquaremedia.com!
