Precipitation is likely to begin briefly as sleet and freezing rain before dawn. The snow changeover will happen between 6 and 10 a.m.

The heaviest of the snow is expected to fall between mid morning and early afternoon. Plan on the Monday morning and especially afternoon commute to be effected.

With temperatures not as cold as with previous storms, this snow will be heavy and wet. However, temperatures on Monday night could drop back into the teens causing everything on the ground to freeze.
