Woman Finds Dog Alive in Rubble After Oklahoma Tornado on Live TV [VIDEO]

Barbara Garcia was planning for this day when she moved into this Oklahoma neighborhood 45 years ago. 

As the tornado approached, the woman held onto her dog and took shelter. Everything was gone after the storm passed, including her dog. She called for him - with no answer. Then, while being interviewed by a news outlet a miracle occurred.
