Easter Peach Sangria is a little on the sweeter side, but as always, adjust the ingredients to suit your taste buds!

Since peaches aren't in season yet, I'm using frozen, but obviously come summer, fresh is best!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bottle cold white wine (pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc would be great)
  • 2 oz. peach schnapps
  • 2 oz peach nectar
  • 1 cup frozen sliced peaches (about 2 peaches)
  • 5-6 fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
  • 1/2 cup frozen sliced mango
  • lemon or lime wheels (to garnish)
  • 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
  • ginger ale or sparkling wine (optional)

One of the easiest drinks you'll ever make. Dump everything except the ginger ale/prosecco into a pitcher, stir, and it's done.

I never put ice in my pitchers when I make sangria as it waters down the drink. Either put the ice directly into the drinking glasses, or do what I do and use frozen fruit as your ice cubes. (Frozen grapes are PERFECT for this.)

Top your sangria with a splash of ginger ale or sparkling wine (like Prosecco) and garnish with a lemon or lime wheel. Yum!

Switch it up:

Kick it up a notch by adding plain or peach-flavored vodka into the mix.
Use different fruits for a slightly different flavor
Substitute the peach nectar for fresh lemonade for a less peachy taste.

Don't forget about another favorite this time of year: The Marshmallow Peeptini!

*Please drink responsibly.*
