I cannot believe the amount of women willing to get up at five or six am on a Saturday morning to get ready for a 7 am class at the gym!

Since I normally get up at 3:15 am for work...the LAST thing I want to do on a Saturday morning is get up early. And I can't do a good workout on an empty stomach. So I had to get up at 4 am to have breakfast -- and digest it-- before the workout!

But it was so worth it to go to The Atlantic Club in Red Bank to take Strength45 with Dana. It is amazing how much of a total body workout she provided in such a short time. The class was full, upbeat, and so much fun!

There's also something great about bringing a friend to a workout so that you have extra motivation to get to the gym! So thanks for getting up early, Jen, and joining me for Dana's kick-butt class! It feels really good to know you got your workout finished early and now have the whole day ahead of you without that hanging over your head.
