4 Years as a Shelter Dog: Take this Lab Home!

Our Point Pet of the week is a favorite at the Monmouth County SPCA but she deserves a true forever home!

Meet Carly. She is described by  the shelter staff and volunteers by the words "Loving" and "Best friend."

Carly is a 50-pound, 4-year old Lab mix. This sweet dog has been let down by humans not once, not twice, but THREE times :(

Precious Carley is lucky to be in the MCSPCA's canine foster program with her best human friend Donna who describes this dog as the perfect house guest and roommate. Carley loves her walks in Manasquan, finding any body of water in which to take a swim, and greeting her many staff and volunteer friends when she comes to the shelter.

Carley is a huge soccer fan, too, and loves her balls and toys. When she plays, she turns into a big, goofy, happy puppy :)

Playful, funny, endearing Carley would make the perfect companion for a quiet couple who understand this dog's need for a peaceful, calm and only-dog environment. If you know of a home full of love that would be perfectly suited for her, please share this info!
