Are Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s Coming to Ocean Township?

It was reported today that a a few retailers, including (possibly) a new grocery store will be opening up at Seaview Square Mall. Could it be a much anticipated Whole Foods, or even Trader Joe's?

We don't yet, unfortunately. I reached out to both Whole Foods and Trader Joe's and they were reluctant to give me any answers. A grocery store is being proposed though.

The plan is to turn the vacant building that used to be home to Value City Furniture and Steinbach's into a structure that will include three separate operations.

One will house a Home Goods, the second will be home to outdoor apparel retailer Sierra Trading Post. The third and final space is where this mystery grocery store will supposedly setup shop.
