August 2019 Asbury Hotel Rooftop Movie Schedule

The rooftop movies at Baronet at The Asbury Hotel continue in August with a solid lineup!

Baronet is a unique, and massive 4,300 square foot outdoor space on the 6th floor of The Asbury Hotel. Blanketed with an artificial lawn, it gives guests excellent views of the ocean and Asbury Park. Also, it provides what they call "a quiet sanctuary and outdoor lounge [with] ample space to read, relax and enjoy the sun. But come evening time, Baronet transforms.

Think of a drive-in, without the cars. Baronet shows a wide variety of movies on their 20-foot cinema wall. The picture is crisp, and the sound is excellent.

Doors open at 7 p.m. and films begin at sundown. Tickets are only $7 and include popcorn and water. There is a concession stand with beer, wine, candy, and snacks from local vendors, like Asbury Park Cotton Candy Company.

Baronet's chairs and beanbags are first come, first serve. It is encouraged that you bring your own beach chairs and blankets. Make sure you check The Asbury's Facebook page for movie changes and cancellations due to weather.
