The 47th Annual Belmar St. Patrick's Day Parade is right around the corner.  You still have time to attend two fundraising events prior to the big day.  The first is scheduled for Sunday, February 16th at the Boathouse Bar & Grill from 2pm-6pm.  A $15 donation will get you a hot and cold buffet, live music and performances by pipes and drums.  On Sunday, February 23rd from 2pm-6pm, there’s another fundraising event at the Friendly Sons of Shillelagh.  Your $15 donation includes a hot and cold buffet, live music and performances by The Pipes and Drums of the Jersey Shore Shillelaghs.  March 1st is parade day, which is expected to draw thousands of people, so be sure to get an early start.  The Belmar Parade officially begins at 12:30pm on North Lake Boulevard and Main Street in Lake Como.  Extra trains have been added to the NJ Transit schedule, so you don’t have to worry about driving and parking.  Click Belmar Parade for event details and don’t forget to wear your green!
