Cheesy breakfast fondue? Mimosas and Bellinis? Waffles, Beignets and French toast? I'm in!

You know I am a big fan of dinner at The Melting Pot, whether it's a Girl's Night Out, a date night, or just a nice family meal with your kids. But my boys and I finally got to check out BRUNCH at The Melting Pot...and it was amazing!

Red Bank's Melting Pot serves brunch on Saturdays and Sundays from 11 am - 3 pm...and some of their brunch items even include a complimentary Mimosa (for guests 21+, of course.)

We started with the Bacon Egg Cheddar and the Alpine Benedict fondues, both of which were packed with cheesy dipping deliciousness!

We also had the Stuffed Brioche Beignets....to die for!

I loved my Peach Bellini, but you can't go wrong with a Bloody Mary or Mimosa, either.

My boys loved the enormous dish of Buttermilk Chicken and Waffles, and the brunch menu also has so many incredible scrambles, croissants, waffle and French Toast dishes to choose from....notably the Brunch Toast (with Honey-almond goat cheese and sliced figs) and the French Toast White Chocolate!

And if you're in the mood for an incredible adult hot beverage, you should try the Butternut Coffee (with Frangelico and butterscotch) or the Chocolate Godiva (with Baileys and Kahlua!)

And, regardless of how stuffed we were, we saved room to end our meal with chocolate fondue because....how could you not?!!! (The dark chocolate fondue is still my favorite despite the lure of all the other delicious choices.)

I adore the atmosphere of this gorgeous, warm, modern restaurant from the seating to the lighting to the circle booths. The service is wonderful, the bar is beautiful, and the dining is always a special, memorable experience.

I can't wait to go back!
