Bubbakoos: A Jersey Shore Original

I am VERY late to the party but I thought this was just another chain. Then I found out that Bubbakoos originated in... Point Pleasant!

My son and I were on the road earlier this week and in a rush to get to an appointment. We needed lunch but didn't have time to sit down at a restaurant that required waiting on a server to take and deliver our order.

We like to eat healthy, too, which rules out a lot of fast food.

Then I saw it -- a place I have been passing by for years but never thought to try because, well, I thought it was just another 'chain'.

We went inside and realized that this is a better, and LOCAL version of that 'other' place that IS a chain (that I stopped going to because I really didn't adore it the way others seemed to.)

Bubbakoos is DELICIOUS with the freshest food and has some great choices for those of us trying to eat healthily...including shredded chicken that I loved!

Bubbakoos Burritos originated in Point Pleasant in 2008 and has since expanded to multiple places along the Jersey Shore. They serve high-quality, made-to-order food. AND it's affordable!

So... support locally-owned business and take your kids!
