Fred Armisen and Others to Appear at ‘Catsbury Park’ Cat Convention

The cats are back! For the second year, Asbury Park is hosting the 'Catsbury Park' Cat Convention April 13-14.

The largest cat convention on the East Coast will take over Asbury Park with events at Convention Hall, Paramount Theatre, Wonder Bar, Asbury Lanes, Asbury Hotel, and more.

Internet-famous feline Lil' Bub will be on hand conducting exclusive interviews with the likes of Fred Armisen from SNL and Portlandia, Steve Albini, The Breeders' Kelley Deal, and heavy metal bassist Blasko.

All the celebrities get face time with Lil' Bub. He's interviewed Michelle Obama and even Whoopi Goldberg.

The two-day event will feature celebrity cats, comedians, DJs, games, activities, art, vendors, presentations, seminars, contests, tattoos, tasty vegetarian food, and most important of all, cat lovers. You'll also have the opportunity to give a rescue cat (or more) a new home.

The convention is being hosted by Catsbury Park, a non-profit rescue. 100% of the profits will be donated to Catsbury Park and its partner charities.
