This precious 2-year old girl is now being kept safe and warm until we can find her a forever home.

Meet our Point Pet of the Week, Bali.

Bali didn't have the best start to life. Chained in a yard, neglected and without shelter to live in, the Monmouth County SPCA law enforcement team rescued this sweet girl from Asbury Park and brought her to their facility for the love and care she so deserves.

But shelter life was too tough an adjustment for Terrier mix Bali after her neglect, so the MCSPCA  wanted to see how she would adapt to a home environment and placed her in their foster care program.
Her volunteer foster dad describes Bali as loving, smart, active and sweet as can be. Bali loves long walks, working on her commands, and taking long naps. She is described as the perfect companion, always eager to please and the best couch buddy he has ever had.
Please pass this along to anyone you know who may be able to give Bali her forever home. Make sure you call the shelter before you show up so that they can arrange to have Bali on premises when you come.

And we owe a huge THANK YOU to all the sharing you did for Sunny, the old Matawan dog who was left behind when her family moved. A moving and surprising ending for sure. CLICK HERE for that story.
