Chris Christie’s Surgery Suggests Presidential Run [POLL]

One of today's biggest stories is Governor Chris Christie's secret lap band surgery, which reportedly has him already down about 40 lbs.

Many are speculating this move has to do with a 2016 Presidential campaign.

I'd be ALL FOR Christie as Prez.

When asked about it, he said he did the surgery to get healthy for his kids, which could very well be true. No matter what the reason, I'm glad he decided to do it. Hopefully people will stop focusing on his weight now, and start focusing on the things that matter here in Jersey.

If he WERE to run for President though, would you miss him as Governor? (I know, he needs to win gubernatorial re-election first, but I'm asking hypothetically.)

I think I would miss him a little...I love being able to 'claim him' as our own. It'd be awesome to have another New Jerseyan as President though.

Either way, as someone who knows all too well how hard it can be to lose weight, I wish him the best of luck in his journey!
