Incredible, Here’s Why New Jersey Needs to Bring Corgi Races to the Jersey Shore

This is adorable, and I need to find out who to talk to so that it can happen at the Jersey Shore.

My fiancée (I can call her that for the next couple of days at least) love sharing Tik Toks.

Call it a side effect from the pandemic, but we got absolutely hooked on the app.

Throughout the day we'll send each other a few Tik Toks that we think the other would enjoy, and when we wind down at the end of the night, we watch them together.

Occasionally, we'll send each other the same one.

That happened just the other day, and it may be the coolest thing either of us have seen in a long time, and it needs to be a thing at the Jersey Shore.

Come with me to Canyon Beach, Oregon where every year they celebrate Corgi Day, with the corgi races.

Tik Tok user @odirunstheworld posted a video of the race, and I think I watched it 100 times.

According to the Corgi Fest website all proceeds from the festivities go to the Humane Society of Oregon.

So again I ask, who do I need to talk to make corgi races a thing at the Jersey shore?

There's a New Jersey Welsh Corgi Fan Club on Facebook, and there's even a Corgi Picnic each year in Jersey too, but I don't see anything about beach races.

I can picture it already though; the sunrising over the ocean, the beaches filled up with little corgis ready to race it out for some pets on the head and treats.
