Matt’s Thanksgiving Side Dish – Corn Bread Casserole [RECIPE]
I wanted to share a staple at the Ryan Thanksgiving table. Warning. This is a very addictive side dish that will have you coming back for sevenths.
The best part of the Ryan Corn Casserole is that is it very simple and quick to make. Hope you like butter!
Ok, not that much butter. Here's what you'll need...
- 1 stick butter
- 1 16 oz. can of corn
- 1 16 oz. can of creamed corn
- 1 8 oz. container sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. While oven is heating, place stick of butter in a casserole dish and place in the oven to melt. When melted remove from oven and add both cans of corn (do not drain), sour cream and corn muffin mix. Mix all ingredients together with a spoon. Bake uncovered for 1 hour. Enjoy!
