Easter is here and to me it’s the most Keto Friendly holiday as far as dinner goes. I mean, let’s think about it…traditionally speaking…ham, asparagus, cauliflower, broccoli, hard boiled eggs…I am drooling just thinking about it. So, if you are new to “Keto”, this doesn’t have to be so hard. Here are some quick menu ideas for your last-minute appetizers and sides that will have you and all your guests running for seconds.


  • Bacon Wrapped Asparagus

  • Mini Egg Salad on Cucumber Sandwiches
  • Riced Cauliflower
  • Cauliflower Mash
  • Broccoli and Ranch Dressing

  • Bacon and Egg Salad – Thick bacon cooked with egg salad spread over top.
