Deal Restricting Beach Access for Construction
If you usually head to the beach in Deal, you'll want to keep this in mind this summer!
The Deal Police Department announced that beach access from Deal Esplanade will be closed until mid-October due to the installation of a drainage pipe extension.
There will be no beach access on Deal Esplanade until approximately October 15, 2015. The Army Corps of Engineers is installing a drainage pipe extension. The entire area will be a construction zone and no one will be permitted in the area until the project is complete. Beach patrons can utilize the Hathaway Ave beach.
