The two things I always buy at Dollar Tree are birthday cards and gift bags.

Both are way more expensive if you go anywhere else.

However, GOBankingRates says there's one specific item you should buy at Dollar Tree this month.

It has to do with the weather getting warmer and kids playing outside.
