Two DWI Checkpoints Scheduled This Wknd In Monmouth County

Just a heads up that there will be two DWI Checkpoints in Monmouth County this weekend!

The first checkpoint is going to be held on Route 9 South in Manalapan from 10:00 PM Saturday night until 2:00 AM Sunday morning.

Police officers will conduct sobriety tests on random drivers in the Sun Bank parking lot.

The second DWI Checkpoint is going to be held on Route 9 North in Marlboro from 10:00 PM on Saturday evening and will last until 2:00 AM on Sunday morning.

Officers will do sobriety tests on randomly selected drivers in the New York Sports Club parking lot.

Remember to always driver sober because otherwise, you are putting yourself and the others around you in serious danger.

There are so many other options: Uber, Lyft, taxi, designated driver or walk (if able).

And if you choose not to, please remember that your irresponsible actions could drastically and negatively effect someone else's life. You don't want that burden. Avoid it and drink and drive responsibly.
