Most upstarts that end up entering The Shark Tank on ABC are in the very beginning stages of business. That wasn't the case for a company based in Wall Township.

Phil Petracca and David McDonald are the creators of a product that you may have seen on Amazon or even at Target.

NJ Advanced Media, the two explained how Fizzics uses sound waves to enhance the flavor of beer, creating the creamy foam head missing from home beer pours.

This home beer tap now has sales of over $3 million and is projected to bring Phil and David $9 million by year's end.

Obviously, the Sharks were curious as to why the two were looking for an investment with pretty amazing profits. Simply put, they want Fizzics to go global. To do that, they needed the reach of one of the Sharks.

Mark Cuban and Lori Greiner were sold on the idea and gave Phil and David $2 million for 16.7% stake in their company.

Watch how it all went down.
