Flurry of Construction Next to Seacourt Pavilion in Toms River, New Jersey

Several months ago I did an original article about this project in Toms River, next to the Seacourt Pavilion off Hooper Avenue. it is the future location of Kaplan Companies…Camelot at Toms River.

Camelot at Toms River is described on their website as “Ocean County’s newest luxury rental community.” The project will feature 128 low-maintenance luxury residences.

According to their website the residences at Camelot at Toms River will consist of one and two bedroom floor plans and these residences will have up to 1,540 square feet of living space. The residences will have access to features like a clubhouse that includes a fitness center, multipurpose room and a package room (a dedicated location for package deliveries). In addition the Camelot at Toms River will feature an outdoor swimming pool that will include a barbecue area and fire pits. There will also be a “bark park” and a “tot lot”

There is no information on their website as to when these residences will become available or the price tag for one as well. I recently took a ride past the construction site and took some photos so you can see the latest if you haven’t been by the site recently. When I originally visited the location it was basically an empty lot being cleared and now as you can see it’s a flurry of construction.
