Freehold Starbucks Will Stop Brewing January 20

There have been so many closings in our area since the beginning of the year, and it's only January 8!

First, it was Bobby's Burger Palace and Johnny Rockets at Monmouth Mall. Today we learned that the Starbucks at Barnes & Noble in Freehold will close up shop at 9 p.m. on January 20.

It's worth mentioning that it will be business as usual at B&N. We just won't be able to enjoy a cup 'o joe while checking out a good book.

Jersey Shore Online is reporting that a sign at the counter of the 'Bucks says:

 You are at the heart of who we are at Starbucks and it’s been a great pleasure to connect with you every day.

The good news is that Freehold isn't exactly lacking Starbucks. You've got 621 Route 9 and the location in the Raintree Town Center. Not to mention the one inside Freehold Raceway Mall. There's always Rook as an option, too!
