Food Network’s Guy Fieri Thinks These NJ BBQ Joints are the Most Mouthwatering in America
I agree that the nation's finest and most authentic barbeque is typically found in the South.
That's where the cuisine originated, and BBQ is all about its roots, so it would make sense that the most fantastic barbeque food is found "down South."

However, "Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives" host Guy Fieri has highlighted plenty of top-notch BBQ right here in Jersey.
Here are the NJ BBQ joints that are "Guy-approved."
Mutiny BBQ - Asbury Park
Fieri was brave enough to dive into Mutiny's 'Beast From the East' during his visit with DDDs.
This sandwich is piled with pulled pork, brisket, and sausage. Do you have the meat sweats yet?
It's topped off with coleslaw, pickles, and pickled red onion.
It's hard to believe Guy had room for Mutiny's smoked and fried chicken thigh.

Big Pink's BBQ - Bridgewater
The best food in Jersey can often be found on food trucks.
That's the case for Big Pink's BBQ.
They travel all over Central Jersey, feeding happy customers at fairs and festivals to corporate offices.
When Guy featured Big Pink's on DDD, he was met by Abe Froman. You know, "The Sausage King of Chicago" made famous by the movie 'Feris Buehler's Day Off.'
This monster has three kinds of freshly smoked sausage, and cheese and onion rings cap it off.
