This 2-year old is as sweet as can be, despite what he has been through.

Link was very sadly found in Asbury Park with a heavy chain around his neck, tied to a fence and abandoned.

The Monmouth County SPCA took in this Terrier mix and a volunteer foster family is watching over him in so that he won't have the stress of shelter life on top of what he has already been through.

This is one special boy. His foster family says he loves cuddling on the couch and is friendly to everyone he meets. In fact, he is always waiting by the door to greet humans with a wagging tail.

The MCSPCA would also like to extend a big THANK YOU for helping to get Bar-Ba-Cutie adopted! His adopters were sent the radio blog from our website and Cutie has been adopted by a loving family in Tinton Falls💓💓
