This 2-year old is as sweet as can be, despite what he has been through.
Link was very sadly found in Asbury Park with a heavy chain around his neck, tied to a fence and abandoned.
This is one special boy. His foster family says he loves cuddling on the couch and is friendly to everyone he meets. In fact, he is always waiting by the door to greet humans with a wagging tail.
