I can't remember the last time I was at a concert.

Granted, living near the Jersey Shore there is always a ton of fun cover bands to see.

Just the other night I heard some awesome tunes coming from the Belmar-based group Los Gringos and they were great.

I've recently been getting the itch to go to a solid rock show, but thanks to a busy schedule it's been tough.

Well, soon it looks like the rock show is going to be in my backyard, so there's no excuse to miss this one, right?

I'm really looking forward to this event, it's a day filled with food, community, music, and fun and it all happens a block from the beach.

It doesn't get much better!

Get ready for the 8th annual Rock the Farm Tribute Concert.

This concert looks absolutely massive and really fun.

The all-day, family-friendly event, will feature a day worth of music, food, beer, and wine gardens, and the proceeds from the concert go to a good cause.

On Saturday, September 24th you'll be able to rock out to professional cover bands like Tusk (Fleetwood Mac cover band), The Funky Monks (Red Hot Chili Peppers cover band), and Stiff Upper Lip (AC/DC cover band) just to name a few!

What To Expect At The 8th Annual Rock The Farm Tribute Show

There's more to this event than just a huge concert!

One of the experiences that really jumped out to me was the Butterfly Memorial Garden.

It's supposed to be a place of zen where people honor the memories of those lost to addiction while surrounded by hundreds of Monarch Butterflies.

In addition, there's yoga on the boardwalk, drum circles as well as an all-day buffet, and plenty to drink.

I'm excited about this, it's happening about one hundred feet from my apartment so it's going to be a fun day of music, and food at the beach!
