For example, I love the fact that we live 5 minutes from the beach, it's the best! I love all of the different food and local mom-and-pop restaurants that the state has to offer. And I especially love all of the fun events and community days that take place throughout the year.

Even though I've only lived in Jersey for 5 years or so, I'm excited to call the state home, and don't plan on leaving any time soon.

However, there are always drawbacks to places, right? And in Jersey, the biggest drawback is price. Our property taxes are insanely high, the cost of living is through the roof, and you have to pay a good amount in order to call Jersey home.

According to NJ.com, the most expensive city in the country is in California, a town called Atherton, where the average home price is around $7.5 million.
That's just stupid money for a house!
In New Jersey, Deal made the list of the top 25 most expensive zip codes in America, with the average home price costing somewhere in the neighborhood of $4.1 Million bucks!
