REVEALED! New Jersey’s Top 5 Dirtiest Bedtime Habits
You know those influences who share elaborate, responsible bedtime routines on social media that make you feel bad about yourself? That might be an act, especially here in New Jersey.
The Dream
Turning down a bed of freshly-washed sheets every weekend. Flossing, water-picking, and brushing before hitting the hay. Giving your fur baby a bed of their own to sleep in.
Being 'that' girl or guy or family that has it all together when it's time for bed is something I think we all strive for.
Dirty Jersey
But the Garden State has been OUTED.
The folks at MattressNextDay, a leading online mattress retailer, got under the covers with 2,000 sleepers across the United States to find out how clean and tidy their bedtime habits were. However, 'clean' and 'tidy' is not exactly what they found.
In fact, New Jersey's kind of gross. We're flopping down to go night-night when we should be flipping, we're snacking instead of snoozing, and we're embarrassing The Tooth Fairy with our p.m. oral hygiene routine.
More than 20 percent smoke or vape in bed. 11 percent of U.S. sleepers admit they exercise in bed. Oh, is that what we're calling it these days? Lol.
But it gets WORSE than that.
