Multiple Jersey Shore Events Canceled

We heard from the folks at Jersey Shore Restaurant Week, and they've had to cancel a couple of their scheduled events due to the effects of the hurricane.

The Kick-off Party scheduled for Thursday night and the Jersey Shore Burger Contest scheduled for Saturday have both been canceled. They will decide as the days go on whether or not the other events will go on as scheduled.

We are trying to compile a list of local restaurants available and open for residents.

As of now, we've heard that 21 South is open in Jackson, Seasons Restaurant in Howell, as well as New Corner Italian Restaurant, Teak, Basil T's, Buona Sera, and Dish in Red Bank.

Also as a note, Beers on the Boards, which had been scheduled for this weekend, has also been canceled.
