Join Lou and Liz for Women Rock in Asbury Park this Saturday

It's time to rock rock your life! So join me (and Lou, too!) for a FREE EVENT this Saturday at Convention Hall and the Paramount Theatre!

Grab your girlfriends, sisters, moms, and neighbors and come out for Women Rock this Saturday from Noon - 5 pm in Asbury Park. It's a day of activities that nurture the mind, body, and spirit, brought to you by Hackensack Meridian Health.

You can sit inside the Paramount Theatre and hear me interview some awesome people who will totally inspire you, and you can walk around and experience things like dream interpretation, skincare lotions and masks, lavendar and chamomile teas, a virtual reality soccer net, Tai Chi demos, a mindful labyrinth walk, juicing, mindful eating and breathing techniques, a meditation pod, bra fittings, essential oils, a ponytail bar and even some spa treatments!

I will be hosting a panel of inspirational Womenologists inside the Paramount Theatre, where we will chat about relationships, health, sex, money, parenting and all of the other things that girlfriends get together to talk about! I will also do an interview with Bobbi Brown, entrepreneur, best-selling author, and, of course, the creator of that awesome makeup line! And she will take your questions and autograph her latest book for you, too!

Meanwhile, you can see Lou next door in Convention Hall hosting things like cooking demos, Zumba, prize giveaways, and SO much more!

All of this makes for a great Girl's Day Out. You can peruse some extraordinary vendors who will give you great ideas on how to create more balance and beauty in your life, find out more about women's health and well-being services, and so much more!

You'll have a chance to win some fabulous prizes, participate in interactive fitness and cooking demos, cheer on some superstar women who will be inducted into the Women Who Rock Hall of Fame, stop by the Ask the Experts station to have your health questions answered by Integrative Health and Medicine specialists, and so much more!.

There will be original art, and you can even get a massage while giving back -- Massages will go for $1 per minute with all proceeds being donated to Fulfill of Monmouth & Ocean Counties.

Have some fun with karaoke and a photo booth, too! You'll also be able to fill up a swag bag with all the goodies! There's even a Girls Night Out after-party with food and drink specials and discounts for shopping and dining!
