Join The American Heart Association Walk

Help make a difference by joining the American Heart Association Shoreline Walk on Sunday November 3rd at Monmouth Battlefield State Park in Manalapan.

This year's walk is a very special one to me, since I will be wearing my "survivor" hat after an attack just a couple of weeks ago. The girls from the cath lab at Ocean Medical Center, the one's who helped save my life, joined us on the show yesterday to remind us all of the importance of the walk and the work that the American Heart Association does.

The walk is Sunday November 3rd at Monmouth Battlefield State Park in Manalapan and it starts at 8:30am. More than a million people in over 300 cities will participate in this amazing event. Get all the info by visiting the American Heart Association event page.
