Monmouth County Star Kal Penn Book Signing

There are so many stars with huge connections to Monmouth County, and one of our favorites is coming to town for a book and bottle signing, and he can't wait. So here are all the details on actor Kal Penn's visit back to the Garden State.

Our friends at Jersey Spirits Distilling Company are hosting this great opportunity, which takes place this Saturday, November 27th, from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at the Distilling Company at 1275 Bloomfield Ave Building 7 Unit 40B in Fairfield.

Of course, Kal is famous on many levels. You may know him for his amazing work in the Harold & Kumar series, or his great role on How I Met Your Mother, and any of his dozens of movie roles. He also served as the Associate Director of the White House Office of Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs during President Obama's administration.

But maybe you didn't know that Kal went to Marlboro Middle School, and also spent time attending Howell High School as a freshman and Freehold Township High School for the remainder of his high school years, according to The Famous People.

You can also see his support for Jersey Spirits Distillery with his likeness on their "You Can't Be Serious" Vodka. They actually collaborated with Kal to commemorate his new autobiography. Pretty cool!
