Kids’ Local Costume Contests and Parades
Places to show off your little one's costume!
--Halloween Fun at Brook 35: The parade at this shopping center in Sea Girt starts at 5 p.m. on Monday (Oct. 29th) in front of Gap Kids. Apple cider and pizza to follow. Also check out the Spooky Craft Fun at Jackrabbit Toys in Brook 35 West from 4 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.
--Mall O Ween: Monmouth Mall is hsoting their free annual halloween costume event. This takes place Wednesday on Halloween (Oct. 31st) from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
--Bradley Beach Halloween Parade: This annual parade takes place on Tuesday (Oct. 30th) at 6 p.m. It kicks off in Riley Park. (Rain Date 10/31)
--Gymboree of Ocean Township and Howell: Their annual costume parties are for all kids (not just members). Dress up your kids. Their playfloor is transformed for this fun party. Special treats for all. $15/child ($13 for siblings; preregistration is required. No refunds.) Takes place Saturday (Oct. 27) at 3:15 for kids up to 16 months, and 4:40 p.m. for kids up to 5 years old. Also Tuesday (Oct. 30th) at 3 p.m. for kids up to 5 years old.
--Belmar Halloween Parade: This annual parade steps off Saturday (Oct. 27th) at 3 p.m. The judging and prizes follow at the Belmar Rec gym.
