AMC Theaters Planning Weekly ‘Rocky Horror’ Showings

As a full-on scaredy cat, there are few classic Halloween movies I'll sit through.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show is one of them, and some local theaters are planning weekly showings leading up to Halloween to celebrate a big anniversary!

UPDATE: (9/26/15): AMC Theatersis saying the movie will only be shown in select participating theaters. The closest one to the Jersey Shore is the AMC theater in New Brunswick, but hopefully other closer theaters will take part if the demand is strong enough!

This year, The Rocky Horror Picture Show turns the big 4-0, released in the US on September 26, 1975.

To celebrate, starting this Friday, September 25, AMC theaters will show the cult favorite every Friday and Saturday at 10 p.m. through Halloween!

There are AMC theaters in Brick, Eatontown, Freehold, and Toms River for your absolute Time Warpin' pleasure!
