Middletown Chateau - $12 million

Dubbed Terraces on the Navesink, this 9-bedroom French chateau-style home is set on four lushly landscaped acres, with a saltwater pool and spa, an organic vegetable garden and a 100-foot boat dock with power lift. Initially listed at $14.7 million in 2014, it came off the market and was recently relisted for $12 million. The taxes are $134,436 a year!

Riverblades in Rumson - $14.9 million

Riverblades, built in 2005, is the ultimate in outdoor entertaining. The estate offers 309 feet of Navesink waterfront, with a deep-water boat dock and lift, in-ground salt water pool and spa, outdoor kitchen and basketball court. Inside the 12,000-square-foot home is an artist's studio, an in-law suite, and a walk-out lower level with gym and theater. It was listed last year for $14.9 million. Taxes: $111,881 a year.

Colts Neck French Country - $15.9 million

Eagle-eyed "Real Housewives of New Jersey" may recognize this Colts Neck home from the season six finale in 2014. The six-bedroom French Country home, which has also served as the backdrop for fashion shoots and Kathy Wakile's cookbook, is set on 24 acres with three ponds and six-car garage. Originally listed for $17.5 million last year, the price was reduced in March to $15.9 million. Taxes: $76,697 a year.
