Dog Left Tied to a Dumpster Now Needs Your Love
Our Point Pet of the Week almost froze to death in Ocean Township last December before the Monmouth County SPCA rescued him and saved his life.
They've named him Chicken Nugget and he is the epitome of love and forgiveness. Chicken was tied to a dumpster in very rough shape on a cold December day in Ocean Township. It took a lot of care and love but Chicken Nugget has made amazing strides and is ready to find his forever home.
Chicken is a 5 year old Terrier mix who knows his commands and is picture perfect on his overnight visits with his volunteer friends. Silly and fun loving is how the shelter staff describes this special boy.
Long walks and playing with his squeaky toys are his favorite activities but most of all Chicken Nugget would love a second chance at life with a family to call his own.
