If you travel a lot and you live in New Jersey, the fact that the Garden State is home to the worst airport in America for delays may not surprise you.

And with New Jersey having this amazing habit of appearing at the top of any list with the word 'worst' in the title, we might even be less surprised. Here are the details about the airport delay story at msn.com.

According to the Milescard.com, no airport in the U.S. has worse delays than Newark Liberty International Airport. This fact was determined by 'misery scores' which included things like low on-time departures, low on-time rankings and rankings for getting the plane to the gate on time.

Newark received a 95 misery score, the highest in the nation. Maybe you're thinking that there are other major airports nearby and you could get some relief from misery there. You would be wrong.

LaGuardia and JFK both got a 94 misery score, tying them for second in America. It looks like we're going to have to get used to the fact that there really is no relief from the misery around here.
