My first thought was the most haunted place has to be a B&B in Cape May, but it turns out it's the entire Pine Barrens that made the list of the 20 most haunted places in America.

The Pine Barrens is not a small place. It's 1.1 million acres, and it represents more than 20% of New Jersey's land. That means New Jersey is home to probably the biggest haunted place on the planet.

It's not the first time the Pine Barrens made a list like this, but the Garden State is proud to have a representative on the 2024 list.
