Do be responsive. Whether you are a company or an individual, answer questions you get, and do it promptly. Interaction is the key.

Those make sense, but there is one "don't" that I want to focus on. This is a role that gets broken every minute of every day on social media.

The rule is a simple one. Don't argue. But isn't that all we see all day and night on social media?

Sure, the rule makes perfect sense for a business, but if individuals are being held to that same standard, we are spending hours a day communicating with rule breakers.

The proper thing to do is to promote "a harmonious online experience". The person who came up with this must not have known he or she did it in a non-Presidential election year.
