Open Containers Could Be Legal In AC, What About The Shore?[POLL]

So here's the deal....
There is talk that a new law could be passed before this upcoming Memorial Day that would allow people to consume alcoholic beverages OPENLY in the Atlantic City's Tourism District.
So far, multiple public entities have shown their support - the City Council, the Atlantic City Police, and even the Chairman of Atlantic City's Alcohol Beverage Control.
The biggest positive is obviously that this new law will attract more tourists this summer which means more revenue for Atlantic City and its residents.
So why not possibly concoct some type of similar rule for the Jersey Shore? I am not saying every single town but maybe the more popular tourist areas like Asbury Park and Point Pleasant?
