What Will Replace The Former Perkins In Neptune?

The former Perkins restaurant property in Neptune has been purchased by a brand new owner which means some changes could be coming our way.

Lidia Butera, who recently purchased the property, plans to continue use the building as a restaurant but the catch is that it may no longer remain a Perkins.

Other national chains have apparently expressed interest in leasing the hotspot located on Route 35 or Butera may even open up her own restaurant!

"You will see a change for the positive, that's for sure. Whatever she decides to do, she will be successful," said mayor of Ocean Township, Christopher Siciliano.
