Charlotte Pritchard is a fixture on the beach (usually by the pier) in Ocean Grove, along with her camera.

She is an incredible photographer who managed to capture this great photo Wednesday around 2:30 pm.

A sign of beauty for sure amidst the tragedy going on all around us.
