Our Point Pet of the Week is TOO adorable and needs a forever home!

So meet Tinsel!

This 3-year old 'Pocket Pittie' came to The Monmouth County SPCA as a stray from Long Branch.

Unfortunately her family did not come in to get her, and the shelter volunteers and staff have no idea why, since she is such a doll!

Tinsel has a personality that brings so much joy and laughter once you get past her tough girl exterior. She does suffer a bit from stranger danger, which means she is fearful of unfamiliar people, so she would do best in a family without small children.

She needs patient humans who are willing to come to the shelter for multiple meets so that Tinsel can get to know you and warm up to you.

This little girl loves being in the park chasing and chewing tennis balls. She'll never ever turn down a butt scratch or a belly rub and loves laying in your lap watching everyone pass by.

For more information about making an appointment to meet Tinsel, feel free to call the MCSPCA at 732-542-5962.
