If you're looking for a unique way to stay healthy this summer, check out Red Bank's free Fitness in the Park classes!

Classes are held every Wednesday from 6-7 p.m. in Riverside Gardens Park on W. Front St. They are taught by fitness instructors from the Red Bank YMCA. Classes will be held from May 10-September 27th.

  • 9/6 - Pilates
  • 9/13 - Yoga
  • 9/20 - Zumba
  • 9/27 - Pilates

You're asked to dress comfortably, and bring water. You should also bring a towel or mat for the yoga and pilates classes.
