Revlon Run/Walk For Women

It's this weekend...it raises big bucks for cancer...and you can participate!

Okay here come the scary stats:

-- One out of three women and one out of two men will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime.

-- One in eight women will develop breast cancer in her lifetime...and one in 33 will die from it.

-- This year, about 22,000 women will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer, and over 14,000 will die from it.

The Entertainment Industry Foundation (EIF) Revlon Run/Walk For Women is one of the nation's largest single-day fundraisers to support women's cancer research, counseling, and outreach programs.

This year's Run/Walk for Women will take place on Saturday (May 3rd, 2014) in NYC and my beautiful friend Moe Keane is this year's Cancer Survivor Spokesperson! She'll be joining this year's Ambassador Emma Stone. The event will be hosted by Bravo's Andy Cohen. And Britain's singer Matt Goss will be giving a special performance.

Proceeds from the 2014 EIF Revlon Run/Walk for Women go towards groundbreaking research in the area of women's cancers as well as advocacy and direct support programs.Since it began, the Run/Walk events have distributed more than $70 million for women's cancer research, counseling, and outreach programs.
