Hey, Wall Township! Thank You For Building A Roller Hockey Rink
For me, staying active is very important. Not only does working out help me mentally, but I like eating... a lot. If I don't stay active I blow up like a tick. I witnessed it first hand in college...my "Freshman 15" was actually a "Freshman 25". Also, don't even get me started about my sweet tooth. My sweet tooth is so bad that I sometimes itch for a box of Entenmann's chocolate chip cookies. I simply lose control of myself in front of sweets. There's no other way to put it, I have a love-hate relationship with my kitchen. So yes...as you can tell... I pretty much need to work out and stay active on a daily basis haha!
Random fun fact, my family and I celebrate my birthday with an Entenmann's chocolate marshmallow cake... Every. Single. Year.

So how do I stay active? What do I do for workouts? Well, I love going for long runs, I go surfing when the waves are good, and recently, I have been taking full advantage of the Wall Municipal Roller Hockey Rink. Don't get me wrong, I am no Wayne Gretzky but throwing on the blades and going for a skate is a blast! I'm also fortunate to skate with my brother-in-law most of the time. He's married to my sister, I mean come on, the least I can do is throw him into the boards a few times...
All seriousness, A BIG THANK YOU to the Township of Wall for building the rink. I understand it's been built for the last year and a half but many around the community are pleased with the municipal complex addition. Not only do I enjoy spending time on the rink, but you can tell many people around the community love to stop by and play. The new basketball hoops are tremendous as well! GREAT STUFF!
