Saved From Horrific Conditions in Manalapan

Our Point Pet of the Week is lucky to be alive and now needs a loving home.

The Monmouth County SPCA says Red Velvet is as sweet as her name sounds. She was rescued on a freezing day in December from a nightmare situation, but it has been wonderful to see her transformation into a healthy and happy dog.

This beautiful 5-year old Rottie mix has enjoyed learning her commands at the MCSPCA in Eatontown, and there isn't a treat she doesn't like!

She also loves long walks, exploring trails and bird-watching. After going out and about, all she wants to do is lay in your lap. She is the perfect companion with a tail that never stops wagging.
