If you have feretrophobia, or a fear of coffins, this might not be for you.

At Six Flags St. Louis, they're taking Fright Fest to another level as they challege guests to spend 30-hours in a 2 x 7 coffin. Six lucky (?) contestants will have to stay in their semi-final resting place from 1 p.m. Saturday, October 13 to 7 p.m. on Sunday, October 14.

What's the payoff? According to their webiste, $300 cash, season passes for 2019 and the coffin that they describe as "slightly used." What!?

Nope.

Anyway, the rules go like this. Participants are allowed to bring a sleeping bag and phone, and phone charger, because after all it is 2018. Coffin dwellers are allowed a six-minute bathroom break once per hour. Six Flags will provide food and drink. If anyone leaves the coffin outside of the designated bathroom break for whatever reason, they are eliminated.

This is not happening at Great Adventure, but if you have friends or family in the St. Louis area you might want to pass this along.
